Access your online Portal below

If you have a smart phone, you can download the Smart Vault app, sign in using the same log in information you use for the online portal and take photos of your documents and instantly upload into Smart Vault! 

When you enter the Smart Vault phone app, select your name or company name, (not Public Documents), then select Client Files, Upload Your Files and look for a round arrow in lower left corner of screen, select this, allow access to your camera, take the photo and it will upload from there.
